Careers at UPA Energy allow you to grow, develop, and progress in a supportive environment. There’s always lots to consider before applying for any new position, particularly at a new organisation, so here we’ve compiled answers to some of the most commonly asked questions by applicants.
Different roles have different requirements, meaning some will be based at our offices in Knutsford, others could be remote, home-based, or hybrid. Details of the working arrangements for each vacancy will be provided in the job description and the terms of working will be agreed if you’re offered the position.
Every role is different and your individual probationary period will be set out in your employment contract.
We have a collaborative working culture at UPA Energy, where performance is evaluated through regular appraisal reviews. You will set personal goals in line with departmental objectives, working closely with your line manager and other team members.
